D.W. Lift Sales is hiring for a Welder Fabricator. This is a great opportunity to join the Wilson Team. Under limited supervision, the Welder Fabricator position performs work of considerable difficulty in the repair and maintenance of vehicles and equipment; performs related work as assigned.
• Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Overtime may be required, including Saturdays, based on business needs.

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions. The noise level in the work environment can be loud.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items 50-100 pounds (with assistance). Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Required Education and Experience:
High School diploma or GED equivalent. Three years of experience and/or training in vehicle/construction equipment repair and maintenance shop or any combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
Preferred (but not required) Education and Experience
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience welding.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Ability to perform heavy physical labor.
Must be capable of performing physically strenuous work on a continuous basis.
Must be able to read and comprehend regulations and instructions as well as possess good verbal communication skills.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with coworkers, supervisors, contractors and/or customers and effectively handle conflict situations.
Ability to speak English in a clear, concise manner in order to communicate with coworker(s) and supervisor(s).
Must be 18 years or older.
Work Authorization/Security Clearance (if applicable)
Must be able to successfully complete the I-9 form in accordance with Department of Homeland Security
