Now seeking a Visual Training Manager in Fort Worth, TX.

GENERAL JOB DUTIES:
Manage and supervise Virtual Training Program and staff; provide training, guidance and administrative support to staff and students ensuring program enrollment goals and outcomes are met. Recruit student; develop active referral system through network and maintenance of relationships with Texas Workforce Commission/Vocational Rehabilitative Services local offices and community partners. Serve as primary point of contact for any inquiries; ensure all required student documentation is collected and accurate, and all files are in order. Oversee timely submission of billing/invoices and verify payments; track and maintain students’ attendance records. Coordinate department committee meetings; prepare program’s reports; other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s Degree required and pursuit of a Master degree in process, with at least half completed and a timeline for graduation established; a minimum of two (2) years of experience in program and staff management required.Must be self-motivated with excellent communication, office administration and MS Apps. skills; ability to work independently and effectively with a team. Able to provide own transportation when traveling off site to community functions and meetings, and to access file cabinets, office equipment, etc., in the process of performing the required job functions. Bilingual a plus.
Valid State Driver License/ID, background check, and drug screen; and meet D.A.R.S. staff qualifications.
