Overview: Windham Professionals, Inc. with its campus headquarters in beautiful Salem, NH is hiring an experienced VP of Sales, Healthcare to help grow the company's healthcare/revenue cycle management market share and customer base in the Northeastern United States. This position can be remote within the Northeast region and prefer candidates that have sold into hospitals in the Northeast region (CT, PA, NJ, MD, DE, NY). The right individual will be one who loves to sell, has sold into hospitals with revenue cycle management experience and can be categorized as a true "hunter." Responsibilities: Here's what we are looking for in you:

  • A keen understanding of B2B and B2C business models and relationship-building
  • Hospital sales with revenue cycle management experience
  • Must be a true hunter; the right candidate must love to sell
  • Comes to the role with some industry knowledge and already connected to decision-makers; selling focused around the outsourcing of 1 st and/or 3 rd party bill collections (ARM) a plus
  • Work with the Chief Commercial/Sales Officer to develop monthly, quarterly and annual quotas, with reporting metrics to track deliverables
  • Contact potential clients through networking and direct contact to build relationships and generate business development opportunities.
  • Clearly articulate Windham Professionals' value proposition, and close sales leveraging the assistance of the Chief Commercial Officer, when needed
  • Develop new sales from calling upon existing accounts/customers
  • Serve as the market intelligence function by assessing competitive threats and interpreting them for the organization
  • Assess each target company's business needs and how Windham Professionals can customize its solutions to enhance a prospect's customer value proposition and improve their business results
    Lead the negotiations with prospective customers
  • Represent Windham Professionals at trade shows and conferences
  • Effectively and professionally collaborate with marketing, legal, and account management team
    Work closely with other departments to ensure environment of continuous improvement of service for the client partners
  • Partner with Inside Sales team to close deals as needed
  • A self-starter who has a strong work ethic
  • Very strong customer service/client management skills
  • Can interpret RFP's and work with the RFP and deal team to submit proposals
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred, but not required with needed experience
  • Must have at least 10 years' experience with proven success in sales roles
  • Ability to travel nationally
  • Experience with Salesforce (CRM) a plus
  • Proven ability to develop, lead and finish projects independently
  • Open to taking on new projects as assigned by management
