We are currently seeking proven leaders to develop and manage a high volume producing sales team in the South East Florida markets.

Military veterans have been extremely successful in this role so we are looking for more dedicated leaders with a similar background to help our growing business through direct, business-to-business sales, and developing and managing a B2B sales team.

Our proven training program, a dedicated regional trainer and your sales manager will give you all the tools you need to accomplish our mission and exceed your personal and financial goals. If you are transitioning from active duty or another civilian role, and need to acquire the Life & Health 215 License, we do pay for the cost of your pre-licensing course to prepare you for your license assessment.

Experience requirementsAt this time, we are specifically looking for individuals that are Veterans of the US Armed Forces.

A genuine interest in connecting business owners with tools and resources to enhance the benefit options for their employees to ensure both longer retention of employees and the ability to provide financial security in moments of hardship.

Sales experience is helpful,and leadership ability is critical. Colonial Life's offerings utilize a consultative sales approach, not transactional.

QualificationsPrevious service with the United States Armed Forces.
Experience with B2B Sales, minimum 1 year in leadership.

ResponsibilitiesAssist Sales Associates as needed with coaching.
Establish individual goals for sales team and financial targets.
Keep current with new programs and offerings from Colonial Life.
Forecast and monthly, quarterly revenue for the sales group.
