SCE was founded in 1974 serving individuals/families in all of metro Louisville, southern Indiana, Oldham, Bullitt and Shelby counties
We are looking for a competent individual to assess and meet the organizations’ needs by coordinating Personal Escorted Transportation services. You must possess excellent organizational skills and ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and experience. This position also handles some administrative duties.

ResponsibilitiesReceive all calls for requests for transportation, collects necessary information from the client, manages the request calendar and makes sure rides are filled.
Call volunteers to make sure he or she is able to provide a ride for a senior.
Call the senior client to let them know who will be picking them up.
Helps with incoming telephone calls answering promptly and professionally.
Answer questions of caller including explaining program services and mission information.
Accurately inputs data into appropriate databases.
SkillsWorks closely with the elderly and their families.
