Now seeking a Trainer for the Goodwill Works Program in Fort Worth, TX.
Dependent on Experience
8:00 A.M. thru 4:30 P.M., Monday thru Friday

GENERAL JOB DUTIES:
Identify training needs; develop, coordinate and conduct training programs meeting clients’ personal and occupational needs and development (life/soft skills, job readiness, financial literacy, etc.). Maintain training records for each student and report completion rates; coordinate and update training plans with Intake and Assessment Specialist II and Business and Partnership Developer.
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, Marketing, Communications, Social Work or related field; a strong and dynamic communicator with excellent writing skills. Self-starter with minimum of two (2) years of experience; ability to work effectively with other team members; and working knowledge of MS apps., Adobe, PageMaker, and PhotoShop desirable. Mobile, with own transportation to be able to travel to throughout Tarrant and Denton Counties. Bilingual a plus.
