Goodwill is seeking a Human Resources Intern (Communications/Training Assistant) - Temporary

Locations: 1 f/t (40 Hours Week) @ 4005 Campus Dr., Fort Worth, Texas 76119
Work Hours: 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., Monday thru Friday (May 28th thru August 3rd)
Provide support to HR Corporate Trainer and Goodlife/Employee Wellness Program Director. Assist with training, and creative and engaging training development (develop scripts, PowerPoint presentations, and instruction guides; use knowledge of graphic design, photography and multimedia); publish, review and edit content to our online learning platform. Research and contact community resources, collect information on services provided, and maintain current data base; maintain Employee Benefits information on company’s website, and create informational handouts for employees; assist with coordination of Wellness Fair.
Specific Requirements: Currently completing a Bachelor or Graduate Degree program. Strong experience in office administrative procedures; a strong and dynamic communicator with excellent writing skills. Self-starter with ability to work effectively with other team members; and online authoring tools such as BrainShark, video editing tools and learning management systems is a plus.
Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time, lift 10-15 lbs., and sufficiently mobile to perform duties of the position.
Legal Requirements: Drug screen, background check, and meet staff qualifications.
Salary: $10.00 per Hour
