As a team member in our Business Class Care Department, you will assist customers by answering incoming telephone calls providing technical troubleshooting in areas such as gateway connectivity and email support. Most importantly, you’ll use your understanding of technology and communication devices to effortlessly troubleshoot issues with customer’s equipment and exhibit possibilities to subscribers. By providing information, options, and an unbeatable level of service you make customers happy—today and going forward.

Beyond a desire to enhance the total customer experience, you are multi-talented and proficient. You must be open to working flexible schedules that may include weekends or late hours, and experienced in a fast-paced customer facing setting. Our ideal candidate also has a consultative approach.

Basic skills required to work in the Business Class Care Department environment:
• Ability to use a PC, including word processor, spreadsheet, database and Internet based applications.
• Ability to speak to customers in a polite and professional manner
• Assist customers of all technical levels through efficient troubleshooting of Internet connections, phone services and email support and video related issues over the phone.

Preferred Technical Knowledge:
• Knowledge of Internet and LAN technology, including TCP/IP Protocols
• Knowledge of CSG/ICOMS and Remedy Ticketing system
• Knowledge of diagnostic tools used to troubleshoot DOCSIS Modem issues
• Knowledge of DNS
• Knowledge of web hosting and records (A, PTR, MX, CNAME)
• Cloud Service Support
