Technical Customer Support - Internet/Phone Repair

• Provide support to our valued Internet and Phone Customers
• Confer with customers by phone to provide support and gather required information.
• Check to ensure appropriate changes are made to resolve customers' problems.
• Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.

• Satisfactory results from a background check and drug screen will be required.
• We require that you be willing to work evenings, and at least one weekend day.
• Adhere to company and individual performance metrics.
• Enter information using a computer keyboard.
• Perform basic math calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
