Job Summary:
The Staffing Coordinator ensures proper and accurate staffing for all Senior Support Solutions clients. Effectively communicates scheduling and staffing needs and changes to all members of SSS, clients, families, Aides, Wellness Partners, and other employees of Bethesda. Promotes teamwork and builds relationships with Aides and Wellness Partners. Works with Manager - Senior Support Solutions to ensure department needs are met. Requirements JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
A) EDUCATION AND TRAINING: High school diploma or equivalent.


C) EXPERIENCE: 3 years of clerical/office experience, management or supervisory experience preferred, previous staffing experience preferred

D) SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Strong organizational skills. Must be able to coordinate a variety of tasks and have a good understanding of how to maintain customer service. Ability to complete day-to-day office functions and relate to employee and client needs. Must have excellent one-on-one and telephone communication skills. Computer data entry skills. Ability to manage time and organize a regular schedule.
