Social Service Coordinator
Provides oversight, guidance and plans, develops, and implements comprehensive case management strategies and approaches to address complex, multiple challenges for the agency. Recommend procedures and policies in accordance with the Head Start Performance Standards as well as state and local regulations; ensures child and family records are maintained appropriately and confidentially. Reviews, evaluates, and interprets records and designs procedures for gathering, analyzing and monitoring family data.
• Master’s Degree in Social work, LISW preferred
• Must have 2 – 5 years supervisory experience related to Social Services, Family/ Human services or Head Start
• Excellent communication skills.
