Still reading? Here's what you'll do as Sales Training Manager:
Direct, deliver, and continuously improve the Global Sales Training Program (boot camp) as well as on-going learning opportunities for the company’s sales professionals.
Direct specific Sales training needs assessments to support the design, development and delivery of improvements to the sales training programs.
Establish strategy, plan, budget, methods, and systems required to achieve company training objectives.
Utilize a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training program and sales force.
Collaborate with existing subject matter experts on current and upcoming products, in order to contribute to the design and maintenance of current and effective training programs.
Implement a metric capability to effectively measure, benchmark and monitor the learning and development impact to the business. (Impact Mapping).
Skills & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
2+ years of professional sales and/or sales training experience
Strong organizational, planning, project management, problem resolution, communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills required
Software sales experience and working knowledge of preferred
Ability to travel up to 20%
Engaging individual with high energy
