As a Sales Consultant, you are responsible for negotiating, selling and securing orders from existing and prospective customers through leads supplied by Renewal by Andersen marketing efforts (NO COLD CALLS) while following the vision and values of Renewal by Andersen.

If you are self-motivated, can establish rapport, and build trust easily with customers this could be the perfect opportunity. Must have experience selling “high quality items”.

2+ years in-home sales and/or outside sales experience
A proven track record of closing sales.
A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations.
Schedule availability to run homeowner appointments on many evenings and weekends.
Self-motivation and results orientation.
Time and work process management skills with the ability to work independently.
Paid training in Dallas or Atlanta
$575/per week for first 7 weeks (Non-recoverable draw)
Successful Sales Consultants Avg. 1st Year $120k - $150k (Earning potential $200k
100% Commission

Education requirementsBachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience requirementsYou must be an energetic self-starter who can manage your time efficiently. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of two years’ sales experience with prior earnings of up to $100,000. Previous home improvement & in-home sales experience is preferred.
