We currently have an opening for a top notch individual at our Headquarters in San Antonio, Texas for the position of Manager, Sales Audit. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing the balancing and reconciliation of sales data on a daily and monthly basis for all store locations. Develop and implement Sales Audit policies, streamline processes and assist with new Sales Audit solutions.

Essential Responsibilities:
1.Supervise the Sales Audit team to include selection, training and development, coaching, counseling and performance management.
2.Manage and lead the team in credit card & gift card settlement process as well as check verification services for the retail stores.
3.Process, analyze, and distribute operational reports and prepare month end general ledger entries for all sales related information.
4.Investigate and resolve all credit card chargeback issues and requests for information to ensure Company minimized chargeback expense.
5.Collaborate with Director in systems review, testing review and implementation of new systems while ensuring that available systems are utilized to their maximum potential.
6.Preparation of monthly corporate bank reconciliations and related journal entries.
7.Prepare/review month end sales/tender related journal entries and related accruals and miscellaneous entries.
8.Perform routine audits of team monthly reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
9.Strong analytical skills.

• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field or equivalent combination or experience and education.

Experience & Background:
·Three to five (3-5) years of experience in related accounting work.

Language Skills:
•Ability to effectively communicate with Associates at all levels in the organization.
•Well-developed verbal, listening and phone communication skills.
•Strong written communication skills with the ability to write routine correspondence.

Behavioral Characteristics:
•Strong interpersonal/communication skills with ability to handle various internal and external inquiries.
•Ability to build business relationships and take partners across the business.
