Paradies Lagardere is looking for an energetic and passionate Sales Associate for our Louisville International Airport location.
A typical day includes greeting customers as they enter our stores, assisting customers in making purchase decisions, answering questions regarding location, price and use of merchandise, processing sales transactions and thanking each customer for shopping with Paradies Lagardère. The ideal candidate should be out-going and willing to go the extra mile to provide First Class Customer Service to our traveling public. In addition to providing great customer service; this candidate would be stocking and merchandising their assigned shop, ringing transactions on the register and have the ability to work closely with other team members.
Education requirementsHigh School diploma or equivalent.
Experience requirementsAt least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
QualificationsMust be able to pass a background check. Authorized to work in the US.

SkillsMust have strong customer service and effective communication skills.
Work with a consistent sense of urgency.
Able to prioritize and handle several projects at once.
Must be a self-starter and ability to work with minimal instruction.

Accurate with attention to detail.
Must be a team player and successfully juggle and complete multiple priorities.
Work hoursFull Time shifts include AM from 4:30a - 12:30p and PM shifts from 12:30 - 9p.
Open to work weekends and holidays.
