We are seeking Restaurant General Managers for our quick-service restaurant locations in our Tullahoma Tennessee market.

General Managers are responsible and accountable for all restaurant activities including: customer service, profitability and quality assurance.
The General Manager oversees and leads the performance of all restaurant employees.
As a General Manager, you will be responsible for directing the daily operations of the location. You will develop and execute a business plan for a million dollar restaurant, ensuring that all employees are performing their job responsibilities.
Other responsibilities of the Management role include:
•Overseeing 18 – 25 employees
•Scheduling staff members efficiently
•Handling all financial obligations
•Ensuring inventory is accounted for and necessary items are available
•Managing the hiring and interviewing of new staff members
•Overseeing Food Control Management on a shift, daily, and weekly basis
•Ensuring superior customer service is provided
•Handling any issues that may arise with employee's or guest
In this General Manager position, you must be a strong leader who is able to delegate appropriately and build a strong food service team. We are seeking a customer-service-focused candidate with a track record of success in quick-service and management.
Other requirements of the Restaurant Manager role include:
•3–5 years in an Assistant Manager role, preferred
•Fast-Food / Quick-Service Restaurant experience
•Excellent analytical problem solving skills
•Financial aptitude, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management
