Palmas Services, LLC has been in Orlando for more than 25 years managing San Angel Inn, LLC and Springs Food Service, LLC for over 10 years. San Angel Inn, LLC runs the San Angel Inn Restaurant, La Cava del Tequila, La Cantina and La Hacienda Restaurant in the Mexico pavilion at Epcot® World Showcase. Additionally, Springs Food Service, LLC runs the food and beverage service throughout Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort including room service, the Pepper Market, Maya Grill, Siesta’s, Café Rix, Laguna Bar, Rix Lounge and Las Ventanas.

San Angel Inn: Dine in perpetual twilight at this Mexican restaurant, modeled after a 17th-century hacienda at the base of Mayan ruins. South of the Border specialties are served with Old World hospitality in this intimate, twilit setting!


Assists General Manager with overall operations of the location and ensuring guest satisfaction.

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• Eight or more years food and beverage experience
• Five more years supervisory experience
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to communicate in English. Spanish language knowledge highly desired!

EDUCATION
• Minimum education of high school or equivalent
• Food safety certification and responsible vendor required

SPECIFIC DUTIES
Supervises all staff (management and hourly)
Daily operational needs (requisitions, supplies)
Staffing of location (may be required to assist with interviewing, hiring evaluations, disciplinary actions)
Training and property orientation(including location specific training and all state required training)
Ensures safe operating procedures are utilized throughout location areas and with all equipment
Oversees scheduling, maintaining of employee attendance records, time card corrections and/or payroll corrections
Ensures safe operating procedures are utilized in all restaurant areas and with all employees
Establishes schedule for routine cleaning and equipment maintenance
Training of staff(menu items, guest service)
Ensuring effective employee communications related to business needs
Controlling food and liquor costs by establishing procedures for waste control, guest satisfaction
Controlling labor costs utilizing budgets, forecasting and business needs
Responsible for compliance with all cash handling policies and procedures
Implementing and changing procedures based on company needs
Works closely with Area Chefs to ensure adequate food quality/service times
Resolves all guest satisfaction issues
Compliance with all HACCP requirements (including maintaining of documentation, training of staff)
Compliance with WDW appearance guidelines (show quality of outlet, Disney Look staff)
Compliance with all cash handling policies and guidelines
Compliance of all company union guidelines and policies
