We are currently seeking daytime Crew Member Cooks to join our Hardee's team at our restaurant in Springfield Tennessee.
Restaurant Cooks and Crew Members provide each customer with a positive customer service experience, prepare quality food products and keep the restaurant clean, pleasant and safe for all customers and employees.

Cook / Crew Member Responsibilities:
•Cook products using grill, broiler, or fryer and transfer to make up table or over shelf for holding
•Assemble sandwiches using the proper amount of condiments
•Wrap or package products
•Clean, slice, and prepare produce to meet business demand
•Temper and label products with discard date as directed by management
•Monitor holding times of products and discard expired or inferior products
•Clean, organize, and restock all stations
•Clean utensils, equipment, walls, and floors
•Ordering and stocking supplies
•Excellent customer service skills
•Good communication skills
•Ability to work as a part of a team
•Ability to multitask
At Hardee's, Cooks are trained using a three-step method: Learn, Practice and Evaluate. Team members learn an overview of the position. Then, a trainer demonstrates how each station works, followed by the trainee practicing at the station to build confidence and skills. Following ample practice time, trainees are then evaluated and certified.
