Two Rivers Behavioral Health (UHS Facility) is a 105-bed acute facility and a leading provider of behavioral health care in the Kansas City area on both an inpatient and outpatient basis. For nearly 30 years, the facility has provided 24-hour care for individuals in need.

We currently have a position available for a Registered Nurse to work a 7:00 am to 7:30 pm schedule three shifts per week (12-hour shifts), weekdays including rotating every 3rd weekend.

Requirements include the following:

Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program. BSN preferred.

Experience: One year prior psychiatric experience in mental health nursing preferred.

Licensure/Certification: Licensure and registration by the Missouri Board of Nurse Examiners as a registered nurse.

Knowledge: Must possess knowledge of general and psychiatric nursing processes, therapeutic relationships and processes, age specific growth and development, limit setting, crisis and behavior management and CPR training.
