Who You Are:

Enthusiastic about being a part of helping nonprofit organizations to transform the lives of those they serve by giving them a better quality of life! This vibrant individual will be responsible for finding, developing, and closing new business to nonprofit organizations within a defined territory. Emphasis will be placed on identifying and converting sales targets, including detailed tracking of sales prospects to establish a qualified pipeline; and activities including product demonstrations, and closing business. This role will suit a mission-driven, strategic and hungry sales hunter that is ambitious and looking to make a difference.

Maximize territory potential through targeting prospects, qualifying, conducting customer meetings and demonstrating the product by phone 90% of the time.
Generate new target prospects through research, networking, and referrals.
Work closely with sales management to prioritize opportunities and execute sales strategies to not only meet quota but to aim for exceeding it by year-end.
Submit standard sales metrics, such as, weekly forecasts, pipeline, funnel, monthly progress, and business plans on a regular and timely basis.
Maintain Salesforce for opportunity and contact management.
Skills & Requirements
Minimum of 2 years (no more than 7 years) of related sales experience (selling software solutions is preferred)
Strong knowledge of the full life cycle of sales; solution selling skills a PLUS
Knowledge of the human service sector or experience working with nonprofits is desired
Demonstrated success in a B2B sales environment
