Ensures quality data sheets are collected and documented appropriately. May conduct quality audits and prepare presentations that cover scrap metrics and non-conformance findings. Reports to Engineering.
1.Maintain accurate database information regarding scrap material .
2.Review and develop charts for scrap and performance metrics.
3.Conduct shop floor quality audits at production lines.
4.Prepare reports and presentations as needed.

Must be able to work any assigned shift and required overtime.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions. Ability to read complicated drawings, specifications, charts, tables, and tape measures; various types of precision measuring instruments.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to use basic math and read a ruler.

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear and taste or smell. The employee is frequently required to climb or balance. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Education requirementsAssociate Degree or one year related experience

Experience requirementsMust be computer proficient in Microsoft and Excel and Power Point.

Work hours7am-3:30pm however must be flexible to work on any shift needed.
