The Paralegal will work under the supervision of Senior Counsel, review, draft, manage and analyze documents and materials to meet company policy and ensure corporate compliance with local, state and national laws.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
The Paralegal will work under the supervision of Senior Counsel, review, draft, manage and analyze documents and materials to meet company policy and ensure corporate compliance with local, state and national laws.

Other key priorities are listed below:

* Reviewing any advertising related to the company. (Sales, marketing, collateral, etc.)
* Prepare and review timeshare association governing documents, including Board and owner meeting notices, agendas, proxies, billing statements, voting certificates, minutes, resolutions, amendments, articles of incorporation, bylaws, declarations, management agreements and facilities agreements
* Assist legal counsel in drafting and approval of contracts, agreements, licenses, leases, memorandum and related documents
* Assist legal counsel in analyzing and summarizing legal documents, researching various laws from an analytical view point and applying and communicating findings as appropriate
* Review exchange club materials and register the same as appropriate
* Respond to customer complaints and subpoenas
* Research and/or maintain certain local and state licenses
* Prepare reports and research projects as requested  
* Other duties and responsibilities as required from time to time realizing and maintaining company goals

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

* High School Diploma/GED

* Minimum of 2 years recent paralegal or similar legal experience in private practice or in-house position

* Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in written form.

* Ability to work independently; ability to prioritize and multi-task efficiently and accurately.

* Ability to demonstrate strong organizational skills; ability to practice full confidentiality

* Minimum of two years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; a minimum of two years of experience in a law office, escrow/real estate office or similar business environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
* Paralegal Degree or Certification
* Experience in hospitality, real estate, or timeshare industry

* Ability to demonstrate proficiency in OnQ, PIM, ApX, GMFAR, SalesForce or other Hilton Worldwide, Inc. Proprietary applications.
