Set your sights on a role making a real difference in the healthcare system. We’re looking for a self-motivated “Operations Billing Supervisor” professional to join our team. We have a relentless focus on driving results for our customers and enabling them to invest more into patient care; in turn, this allows us to continue to grow our company and your career.

The “Operations Billing Supervisor” will be responsible for supervising the workflow and day-to-day activities of the team within Accretive Health Shared Service Center. This person plays an intricate part in providing analytical expertise for the revenue cycle management process while identifying work flow issues and providing solutions.

You Have:
Intermediate skill level of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Expert knowledge in Billing Processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work well independently and in teams.
Project management skills.
Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
Demonstrates strong leadership qualities and good decision making abilities.
Positive Attitude.
Must meet performance standards.

It would be great if you also have:

Revenue cycle experience.
Call Center experience.
Associates degree.
Medical terminology.
