This is the starting place for an operations career in the staffing industry. Job duties include answering the phone, receiving applicants, light interviewing, contacting and screening applicants for job openings, assist in various aspects of new–hire onboarding, light customer contact, assisting with payroll and other administrative functions as needed. Level-one training must be completed within 30 days of hire.
We are looking for a Operations Assistant who is passionate and motivated to work hard and exceed expectations. You should be a quick learner who is able to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-task environment, both independently and as part of a team. It is also important that you display exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Specific qualifications for the Operations Assistant role include:
1-2 years in a service role preferred

Strong customer service skills
Enjoys meeting daily challenges and opportunity to see tangible results
Excellent phone skills
Business professional attitude
Data entry skills
Computer proficiency, particularly with Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook
Availability to work 8am-5pm plus overtime when needed and some on call nights and weekends
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
