Online Banking Representative
Responsible for assisting customers with the online site. Duties include troubleshooting technical problems, navigating customers through the online site, responding to secured emails, and live help as well as assisting the customer with account information.
Bilingual (Spanish) in both verbal and written form. Working knowledge of the Internet and different browsers, Typing skills 30 wpm. Strong written and verbal communication skills a must. Must be able to work Mon-Fri 9 to 5 and occasional Saturdays.
