Who You Are:

The Marketing Operations Specialist creates scalable processes that support best practices for demand generation and database management, and reports on marketing team performance to a variety of stakeholders. Programs you will own include email workflows, landing page and CTA implementation, keyword management, and campaign tracking and testing. This role is critical in ensuring that marketing success is tracked accurately, and that program assessments are data-driven and can be acted upon quickly. You will also have ownership of the marketing database and Marketo instance; maintaining the analytics and reporting infrastructure.

This role is ideal for someone looking to join a fun and functional software marketing team as a key player. If you are not afraid of a challenge, work well under tight deadlines, are exceptionally detail-oriented, analytical, organized, and enjoy managing multiple projects at once, then this is the role for you.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Manage and coordinate all of our digital media campaigns, and execute flawlessly and on time
Own process and implementation aspects of landing page development (using developer created templates), A/B testing, link tracking, campaign setup, and workflow management
Monitor keyword performance and make recommendations to content/demand gen stakeholders for keyword targeting
Lead our PPC Programs, including implementing some campaigns, tracking all of them, and working with third-party vendors who support us
Work closely with all members of the marketing team to understand campaign expectations in order to analyze sales and marketing data and make recommendations for optimization
Work closely with marketing and sales team to ensure leads are flowing to sales efficiently and the programs are being tracked appropriately
Work closely with marketing leadership and sales operations to ensure database is routinely scrubbed and maintained to remove duplicates and junk information
Own, manage, and maintain weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual trend and metrics reports that show effectiveness of marketing’s contribution to the business
Interpret data from a variety of sources and develop dashboard reporting that enables the marketing team to make data-driven decisions on a daily basis, as well as to accurately report our performance to leadership stakeholders
Skills & Requirements
Requirements:

4-year degree (Marketing or communications desired)
Experienced in Microsoft Excel
Experienced in Google AdWords or similar PPC environment
Experienced in Google Analytics
1-2 years of experience in Marketo or another marketing automation system (HubSpot, Eloqua)
1-2 years of experience in Salesforce.com or another CRM
Working knowledge of html
