A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service and Cleanliness to customers.

Apart from directly managing staff, our Restaurant Managers are responsible for controlling profitability, optimizing restaurant management and overseeing sales, human resources and team management in their respective stores.
