McCoy’s Building Supply, a fourth-generation, family-owned retailer of building supplies, is now accepting online applications for Management Trainees for the next training class of our Management Development Program, slated to begin in January 2017.

Successful candidates should:

• Have prior supervisory or management experience
• Be able to relocate to a McCoy’s location where there is currently an Assistant Manager opening (list provided during the interview process)
• Be at least 23 years of age and be able to meet McCoy’s driver eligibility requirements
• Be able to participate in the Program training schedule, which is approximately 9 weeks long, primarily in San Marcos Texas

Successful candidate(s) for the Management Development Program will be hired and assigned to a local home store, or relocated to a store with a current Assistant Manager opening, prior to the start of the training program. Candidates who are hired who do not currently live in a McCoy’s market will be offered relocation assistance.
