MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

The Parkway Hotel located in the historic Central West End currently has an opening for a full-time MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN.

This position provides the highest quality of service to customers always. Light maintenance of The Parkway Hotel, include but not limited to; electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and painting work. Additional duties as assigned by management. Must have HVAC EPA certification and experienced diagnosing and repairing heat pumps. Hotel experience a plus. Schedule varies each week. 40 hours each week. Starting salary $11/hr. with potential increase to $13/hr. after probationary period.

Shifts are: 7 am – 3 pm and 3 pm – 11 pm
(both shifts are required)
