Open Position for a Maintenance Technician, full time.
Windmoor Healthcare, located in Clearwater Florida is a 144-bed comprehensive behavioral health care facility that provides a wide range of inpatient and partial hospitalization programs and services. We are currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team. The candidate selected will be responsible for the following:
This position pays Competitive Compensation per hour with Full Benefits and the opportunity to earn overtime.
Performing daily grounds assignments which shall include but not limit to maintaining the facility and its contents including internal and external areas. Assist in assuring that the physical plant is maintained in a clean, safe and orderly condition as required by regulating agencies and to promote a safe and clean environment of care.
EDUCATION: 2 Years of technical trade school, or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE: 3 years experience in a hospital environment preferred. Experience in building maintenance and basic mechanical engineering.
- Valid Driver's License in the State of Florida
