The Maintenance Coordinator helps maintain the grounds, buildings, and equipment are kept in a safe condition.
The Maintenance Coordinator should be able to recognize and implement basic repairs for the Community buildings and grounds.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and experience in a maintenance environment that includes carpentry, plumbing, painting, and janitorial experience and knowledge/skills of the hand and power tools associated with these trades.
Must be a team player who can work with minimal supervision and who is physically able to perform the duties of the job (move heavy equipment/machinery, climb ladders, perform repetitive motions, walk/stand, etc.).
