Cold calling out to prospects in order to secure and schedule an appointment to view a demonstration of the applicable TriZetto solution on behalf of sales.

Education requirementsHigh school diploma, GED Certificate or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience requirementsMinimum of one year of experience in appointment setting/cold calling.

ResponsibilitiesGenerating a high number of leads through cold calling to schedule web demo appointments with sales representatives.
Maintaining and preparing activity reports.
Keeping accurate records of prospect’s demographics.

SkillsAbility to identify and use market trends to provide leads for the sales department.
Excel at overcoming initial objections.
Ability to quickly establish rapport with potential customers.
