The Kitchen Coordinator is responsible for the overall supervision of the kitchen and the storage areas. Provides training and supervises all kitchen employees and volunteers in the safe handling and preparation of food. Maintains food inventory and is responsible for all ordering. Ensures that Ohio Administrative Food Code, United States Department of Agriculture – Child and Adult Care Food Program (USDA-CACFP) regulations and Head Start Performance Standards regarding Child Nutrition and Foodservice Operation are followed and maintained during the hours of operation.
