Now seeking a Job Resource Centers Manager for the Goodwill Works programs in Fort Worth, TX.

GENERAL JOB DUTIES:
Direct, manage, supervise, and coordinate daily operations of five (5) Career Centers (Fort Worth, Arlington, Hurst, Weatherford, and Denton), and staff (Intake Specialists, Intake and Assessment Specialists, Case Managers, Trainers, and Business and Partnership Developers). Ensure Goodwill Works Program enrollment, assessment, and placement goals are met monthly, as well as other stipulated grant outcomes. Network with community partners, social services agencies, employers, and media to increase awareness of services provided throughout service areas, and establish mutually beneficial referral system. Provide training, support, and relief to Workforce Development/Goodwill Works team in various areas as assigned; ensure Career Centers conduct Job Readiness training for consumers. Arrange and organize Job Fairs for Career Services. Maintain current and accurate case files, program records/reports ensuring confidentiality, and timeliness. Work cooperatively and effectively with clients, employers, community partner agencies, and staff. Other duties as assigned.
Bachelor Degree required, Master Degree preferred. Two (2) years of experience each in management/supervision and job development providing services to disabled and/or disadvantaged clients. Excellent interpersonal communication skills; strong experience in office administrative procedures; MS apps., and attentive to details. Ability to motivate staff, and individuals with disabilities/employment barriers. Mobile, with own transportation to be able to travel to off-site locations; able to provide transportation for job searching participants as needed utilizing company’s vehicle. Bilingual a plus.
Valid State Driver’s License/ID, background check, and drug screen. Must meet TXDARS staff requirements.
