Responsible for fulfilling IT helpdesk functions and network support. Will Deploy, install, support and manage network hardware and software. Provide IT support for Call Center operations; business application software; as well as assist in developing, maintaining and supporting ongoing and new IT infrastructure projects.

•B.S. Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a business field with emphasis on Microsoft server products, preferred.
•4-6 yrs of knowledge/experience in Windows Server 2003/2012 and other Microsoft server technologies.
•Knowledge/experience in using MS Office & other Microsoft products (i.e., Excel, Access).
•Proficient in server software such as Citrix applications, Microsoft Terminal Services, System Center and Exchange preferred.
•Business experience in quality assurance, testing, and analysis preferably in the public transportation and/or call center industry.
•Excellent technical, analytical, and problem solving skills are required.
•Excellent work ethic, detail-oriented, self-motivated, resourceful, committed to quality, and open to direction.
•Must have demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with the public and co-workers on the telephone, in writing, in person, and in group settings.
•Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities Proficient in network security practices and IT compliance guidelines is a plus.
•Understanding of Cisco hardware and network security is a plus.
•Work independently on large projects with minimal direct supervision.
•Must have valid driver's license and transportation.

Essential Functions:
•Utilize knowledge and experience in Windows server 2003/2012 administration.
•Extensive knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy understanding and network administration.
•Design, Plan, Implement and support virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V, VMWare and Citrix XenDesktop/XenApp products as well as other Microsoft server products.
•Quickly learn and support current network systems and applications.
•Perform routine backup of server operating systems.
•Knowledge of TCPIP protocol, ISCSI, DNS, DHCP, Cisco network hardware, & computer peripheral equipment.
•Research, Evaluate and Learn new IT software and Hardware products.
•Provide help desk support by determining the nature of computer hardware and software problems; communicate technical guidance and information to non-technical users.
•Install, configure, and maintain PC’s, thin clients, printers, servers, network hardware, and related software such as Windows 7/8.1/10 Desktop OS and Windows Server OS.
•Achieve solid understanding of scheduling system with the aim of improving productivity & maximizing technology.
•Assist with end-user support as directed (must have strong knowledge of PC/LAN.).
•Operational experience with MS SQL 2008/2014 & capacity to analyze SQL tables and formulate complex queries.
•Become knowledgeable and provide training to end users on the different systems as indicated by the IT Director.
•Effectively document computer problems and resolutions for future reference.
•Maintain absolute confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed.
•Serve as liaison between staff and the technology department to resolve issues.
