We are hiring for the following positions to include a HIRING BONUS of $750 to the RIGHT Candidate.

Now seeking an Intake Specialist for the "GOODWILL WORKS" program in Hurst, TX.

Dependent on Experience

8:00am - 4:30pm
Monday through Friday

Interviews walk-in clients to determine eligibility for job placement programs; provides job readiness, assessment and placement services to clients such as online applications, resume and interview preparation, job leads, job placement, job retention assistance and referral services. Maintains current and accurate client, program and employers’ records, and timely case management; compiles data for reports (weekly and end-of-month). Responds to internal and external clients’ inquiries in a timely manner; conducts labor market research and applies findings to job placement activities; maintains current knowledge of community resources and attends community meetings. Heavy phone and computer usage, as well as client interaction is required.

Must have H.S diploma or GED, and one (1) year of intake experience preferred; excellent interpersonal/communication (oral and written) skills; attentive to details; proficiency in MS apps/Internet, and type 40-45 WPM. Must be able to work with minimal supervision; have ability to sit for prolonged periods of time and lift 10-15 lbs. BILINGUAL a plus.
