Now seeking an Intake and Assessment Specialist in Arlington, TX.
Dependent on Experience
8:00am - 4:30pm
Monday through Friday

GENERAL JOB DUTIES:
Ensure all eligibility and qualifying documentation are collected and in clients’ files before entering into the Program, training and/or job placement, and manage program/client data and reports on a timely manner. Administer assessments and begin discussion of personalized clients’ training plans. Coordinate referrals and meetings between clients and Trainer, Employment Specialists, employers, and community resources.
Requires High School Diploma or G.E.D.; prior or related experience as Intake Specialist; type 40-45 WPM, proficiency in MS apps., internet and email; administrative management of office procedures and machines; and excellent interpersonal communication skills. Bilingual a plus.
Valid State Driver License/ID, background check, and drug screen.
