Listen Clear is seeking highly motivated and outgoing Inside Sales closers with heavy inbound and outbound sales experience to join our amazing team at its new location in Tulsa, OK! The Inbound Sales Agent will field sales calls generated from various marketing campaigns in order to sell our products in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. The ideal candidates are highly energetic, optimistic and focused on being part of a growing sales organization. Responsibilities of Inside Sales Representatives:
• Inbound calls generated from various marketing campaigns across different advertising platforms fielded and converted to sales
• Place outbound calls to follow up with established accounts or customers who have left messages or emails requesting further info and convert to sales
• Manage database for each lead/prospect/customer
• Own leads until they're either converted or exhausted; follow up to resolution
• Manage the sales process and rank leads according to scales indicating propensity to buy and/or by likelihood/possibility of providing them with products or services
• Convert Inbound and Outbound warm leads
• Sign up the customer over the phone
• Manage the book of business and provide detailed notes of each call - complete all necessary questions to help understand customers better
Requirements of New Team Members:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in order to successfully relate to your customers, as well as your management team
• Outgoing and confident personality for phone sales and customer service
• 3+ years inside or outside sales experience
• Proven success meeting and exceeding sales goals in a highly performance driven environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience using CRM software or other web based database systems

Benefits:
We offer paid training and an aggressive incentive-based compensation plan with includes base salary and plenty of leads!
Base plus commission structure with the potential to earn up to $120K annually.
Medical, Dental, and Vision as well as a 401K will be available after 60 days of employment.
