Responsibilities and Duties
- Actively prospect, develop new customers; and build existing relationships
- Business to Business (B2B) sales environment
- Make daily outbound calls to prospects and existing customers.
- Energetic and professional attitude with a high level of integrity.
- Excellent customer services skills, always focusing on the customer.
- Travel and participate in customer meetings in person.
- Quotes prices, credit terms, and prepare sales contracts for orders obtained.
- Enters new customer sales quotes, process purchase orders, coordinate shipping; and generate invoices.
- Tracks sales opportunities using a CRM
- Meet or exceed sales goals and maintain profit margins.
- Opportunity to coordinate logistics, cargo, import / export documents.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Education and Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years’ experience B2B sales, customer service experience (inbound / outbound, telemarketing preferred)
College degree desired and Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
Product sales experience ( Minimum 1 year experience)
MS Office and Sales/Customer Management Software
A PLUS if you have:
Engineering or Logistics experience
