Inside Sales Manager opportunity with Comdata

This position is responsible for day to day management, coaching and mentoring of the Sales Development team. This group is responsible for creating sales pipeline through tele-prospecting, email and social media channels - with the goal of setting up new prospect appointments for our field sales team. The manager will remove obstacles and provide guidance to SD Specialists to help them maximize productivity. Other responsibilities include solution design and strategy for the group, analyzing data/metrics on a regular basis to improve results and generating reports for senior management. The manager is also responsible for hiring and on-boarding new associates into a fun and engaging culture that will set those new hires up for immediate success.

Responsibilities
*Understand the goals of the department and puts together a methodology for teaching and training the associates on the value of their contributions
*Identify goals and objectives for the team, holding them accountable for production
*Coach the team on every step in the selling cycle.
*Analyze the productivity and available data to identify trends, pitfalls, areas of opportunity
*Foster a culture of energy, fun, and friendly competition
Own hiring for new team members
*Model selling behaviors for team, listen to their calls, provide feedback and suggestions for improved performance
*Bring innovative ideas to senior leadership about ways to improve performance, get new business leads, etc.

Qualifications:
*Associates Degree required; Bachelors degree is preferred.
*Two (2) plus years of sales management experience, preferably leading an inside sales team
*At least five (5) years professional B2B sales experience, preferably in a telesales role
*Proven ability to develop and execute strategies related to B2B telesales
*Strong decision-making skills based on data and metrics
*Knowledge of salesforce.com or similar CRM
*An excellent grasp of the entire sales process with the ability to coach others
*Experience with managing performance, recognizing wins and coaching to challenges Intellectual curiosity.
