Implementation Specialist

Who You Are:

The IC will focus on the customer’s on-the-ground procedures and desired data entry workflow. The data conversion/integration analyst will evaluate large and complex data sets that must be mapped and migrated into Apricot/ETO software, and contribute to planning the full migration/integration process. The reporting analyst will deconstruct customer reporting requirements and ensure the implemented solution is optimized for producing required reports. All analysts will transform their understanding of project requirements into high quality requirements documentation and solution design documents.

Job Responsibilities:

• Focus mainly on solution design of packaged solution service offerings with well-designed scope

• Lead discovery and design sessions with customer subject matter experts to thoroughly evaluate and understand requirements

• Independently analyze, organize and generate final blueprint/designs for customer signature

• Produce clearly articulated solution design documents on projects

• Provide consultative advice during the design, build, testing, and go-live activities of the project

• Leads efforts to plan, gather, manage and control business requirements and contributes to identify changes of scope for project coordinators/managers

• Develop positive relationships with colleagues, customers and sub-contractors

• Independently analyze, organize and generate final blueprint/designs for customer signature

• Understand how to design an SSG software system such that basic workflow and reporting requirements are met

• Articulate the value proposition of SSG Software as a performance management system and assist customers in moving from counting services to measuring outcomes.

• Maintain up to date and detailed knowledge of all ETO and/or Apricot products and features

• Represent SSG to customers in a highly professional manner

Skills & Requirements
Minimum Experience & Requirements:

• At least 3 years of professional experience

• At least 1 years of experience in an analyst role

• Bachelor's Degree

• Ability to facilitate requirements gathering sessions, discovery sessions, design sessions

• Experience with requirements traceability/ requirements management

• Experience creating and analyzing test scripts

• Demonstrated experience and drive to problem-solve and tackle new challenges on a daily basis

• Highly analytical with extreme attention to detail

• Solid troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently

• Demonstrated ability and desire to learn constantly, quickly and independently

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Comfort and confidence with computer software/technology

• Demonstrate understanding of and commitment to Social Solutions’ vision of becoming the premier provider of performance management software in the industry.

Preferred Additional Experience:

• Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects Web Intelligence preferred), databases (SQL) and/or programming (XML), with a proven aptitude for analysis of data and creation of queries for analysis purposes.

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Access

• Direct experience as part of a software implementation team

• Experience with human services/social services programs or organizations

• Experience as a government contractor or working as part of a project team for government contracts
