We are currently looking for a Part Time Human Resources Representative.
The HR Representative conducts administrative processes to support Human Resources and site initiatives, such as, but no limited to:
Assists with job requisitions and job postings.
Maintains applicant tracking system.
Schedules candidates for interviews.
Assists with prescreening and interviewing applicants.
Check candidate references and employment verifications.
Responsible for New Hire Orientations and set up of new employees.
Processes new hire paperwork.
Maintains employee files and other record keeping as guided by HRM.
Assists with coordinating site employment engagement activities.
Prepares unemployment claims paperwork for HRM to review and approve.
Other duties and special projects as assigned.
EQUIPMENT & COMPUTER SOFTWARE USED
UltiPro, iCims and Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, telephone, fax, copier, scanner
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2-5 years HR experience
Additional equivalent experience in lieu of a degree will be considered
Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Must have excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
Must possess a strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and completeness.
Must be able to plan and prioritize work activities and efficiently use time. Manage competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events.
Must be focused, energetic, willing to take ownership and have excellent judgment and integrity.
