Education requirementsBachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred

Experience requirements2+ years of HR management experience
Broad knowledge of HR processes and laws
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient computer skills
Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check

ResponsibilitiesLead the charge for recruiting new employees
Lead the new hire and onboarding process
Envision and execute employee training programs
Develop and oversee benefit programs
Is the “go-to” person for HR matters
Accurately maintain confidential and specialized files and/or records, as well as deal with sensitive matters with strict confidentiality
Provide a customer-focused approach in delivering requested support to other members of the team
