We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to assist the Human Resource Department. This position will provide support and coordination on all human resources matters.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Assist Human Resource Director with Worker’s Comp, FMLA, Unemployment and benefits tracking
• Update and maintain data in the Human Resources Information System
• Updates HR information system with employee changes and processes related paperwork
• Ensure HR documents are current and archive old documents
• Process I-9 documentation
• Process Letter of Hires for new employees and as changes occur
• Assist with processing performance review forms
• Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions
• Assist with New Hire Orientation/Onboarding
• Assist and prepares correspondence
• Make photocopies, faxes documents and performs other clerical functions
• Processes mail
• Assist with answering phone when receptionist is unavailable using good judgment to prioritize the distribution of messages in a timely manner
• Performs all other related duties as assigned

Requirements:
• High school diploma/GED
• One to two years’ experience in human resource management
• Skillful in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Compensation and benefits package:
• Starting pay is $14.00 per hour
