Responsible for consistently meeting quality and timeliness standards in the supervision of housekeeping staff. A Supervisor must ensure the company mission statement and values are followed, always looking out for the best interests of the company, its employees and customers.

Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain a high standard of excellence within the staff
• Assist in the training and development of staff, both existing and new
• Prep units for housekeepers
• Examine carpets, drapes and furniture for stains, damage or wear and report as necessary
• Inspect and prepare clean units before reporting them as vacant and ready
• Complete the required amount of report cards per week
• Report unit maintenance issues as per company procedure
• Clean units including but not limited to bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks as needed
• Replace house wares inventory and supplies as needed
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of storage closets
• Report lost and found items to Executive Housekeeper
• Attend all training sessions and make practical application of training
• Ensure a safe working environment at each site and office

• Willing and able to perform any and all duties related to site operation as directed
• Ensure a sense of urgency exists within housekeeping staff so that units are turned on time
• Personal timeliness, be prompt with all assignments and appointments

• Utilize supplies and equipment efficiently and effectively
• Perform inventory counts as directed
• Responsible for time efficiency of assigned staff

• Assist in solving guest complaints promptly
• Cultivate and develop strong, positive customer relations
• Willing and able to assist resort guests and owners
• Knowledgeable of the resort

• Work irregular hours

• Standing & walk for long periods
• Climbing stairs frequently
• Frequent twisting, bending, stooping and reaching
• Regularly lift up to 25 lbs.

• Ability to make decisions
• Planning and scheduling capabilities
• Ability to read, write and do basic math
• Use of long term and short term memory

The Supervisor is not limited to the above mentioned job description and may be requested to do additional tasks as directed by MasterCorp Management.
