Windmoor Healthcare, located in Clearwater Florida is a 144-bed comprehensive behavioral health care facility that provides a wide range of inpatient and partial hospitalization programs and services.
We are currently seeking a Housekeeper to join our team. The housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean environment throughout the hospital.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Clean floors in patient and non-patient areas using proper supplies and equipment for task
• Remove trash and waste from designated areas of the facility
• Make beds and remove and replace linens
• Maintain facility and furnishings in clean, orderly fashion, including dusting the furniture and cleaning windows
• Keeping bathrooms clean and supplies replenished
• Perform other duties as assigned
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or its equivalent.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of one (1) year experience working as a housekeeper in a healthcare environment is preferred, at least six (6) months is required.
KNOWLEDGE: Must possess knowledge of and ability to use cleaning equipment and compounds; ability to operate all cleaning equipment; to follow written and oral instructions.
