Help Desk Analyst 1
LEVEL: FT, 40 hours, 2nd shift
DESCRIPTION: Associates degree in Information Systems, Health Care, Business, or other related field or 1-3 years experience in a related field. One-three years experience required. Knowledge of desktop and client-server environments required. Experience in a midrange/mainframe environment a plus. Strong interpersonal, organizational, writing and training skills required. Knowledge of commonly used computer and networking concepts, practices and procedures. Will assist team members with various computer problems. Will provide first line support and managing of all incoming requests, gathering diagnostic information, troubleshooting and determining symptoms vs. causes, identifying resolutions and testing those resolutions.
