The Area Manager provides leadership and supervision to a multi-disciplinary staff of Center Coordinators and Family Service Workers. Responsible for ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations; interviews and makes recommendations for hire in assigned Centers; routinely reviews program activities to ensure consistency of service delivery systems, practices, and alignment with the Head Start Performance Standards.

Education requirements• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Development, Social Work, or a related field.
Experience requirements• Three years of supervisory and management experience in Head Start or other similar human services organization.
