Now seeking a Goodwill Works Program Manager in Fort Worth, TX.

GENERAL JOB DUTIES:
Manage and supervise daily program operations and staff (Job Readiness Trainers, Intake/Intake and Assessment Specialists) of all Job Center locations; develop systems and processes tailored to the development and functionality of the Goodwill Works Program. Use SMART Goals to access and evaluate performance, and implement professional development of staff. Work closely with Director of Employment Programs and upper leadership to ensure that all program enrollment, assessment, placement and retention goals are met monthly. Manager will be responsible for developing new, and maintaining existing community partners and employer relationships; as well as train staff on business development opportunities. Manager will provide support to the Workforce Development team as assigned.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required and pursuit of a Master degree in process, with at least half completed and a timeline for graduation established; plus three (3) years of experience in program and staff management.A self-starter with excellent communication and MS Apps. skills; ability to work independently and effectively with a team, and with clients. Able to work in an office environment and to provide own transportation when traveling off site to community functions and meetings as required by job responsibilities. The position requires the incumbent to have communication capabilities via cell phone/Smartphone technology, and ability to access file cabinets, office equipment, etc., in the process of performing the required job functions. Bilingual a plus.
