Full Time, Part Time
We are looking for a Hotel Front Desk Clerk to serve as the face of our business while building connections with our guests. We’re looking for a friendly individual who genuinely enjoys being around people and who can manage multiple tasks at once. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience and will understand the importance of responding quickly to guests’ needs and complaints. You’ll be corresponding with guests through email, over the phone and in person. We are looking for someone who would be willing train on all shifts. Must be able to work weekends and Holidays. The hours would vary but after training you would average around 30+ hours. (Based off hotel occupancy) Hotel experience isn't required as we would be willing to train the right person who we think would fit our team. Education requirementsRequires knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to completion of 4 years of high school.
Experience requirements Experience in working with the public in a service industry or in related activities is preferred.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Requires ability to walk and stand during entire working period of 8 hours; requires ability to lift 10 - 15 pounds.
QualificationsMust be bilingual and or speaks spanish.
